1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email support@weavertails.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Items Lost in Transit

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days beyond our estimated shipping times, please contact us.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund for lost packages.
  • Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.

3. Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.
  • Our policy only covers defective, damaged, or lost items to keep our shipping free worldwide.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • WeaverTails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
  • We will provide tracking details and carrier information for you to investigate with the shipping provider.
